The Alvin-Manvel Community Food Pantry provides students with access to food and other basic necessities.

COVID-19 Assistance Funds

The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund has allotted funds to Alvin Community College so that students affected by the pandemic can receive additional assistance when they qualify. The deadline to apply for this assistance is May 14th, 2022. Click here to learn more

Blessing Boxes

There are seven Blessing Boxes on campus. Each contains non-perishable food that students can have easy access to when they need it.

Student Wellness and Basic Needs Program

Students require the fulfillment of basic needs before they can truly focus on their education. This program helps students eliminate barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals.

On Campus Food Pantry

Brazosport College has an on campus 'Gator Mart' food pantry where students can receive the food and basic necessities that they need while attending college. Click the button below for hours, location, and eligibility.

Emergency Aid Funding

If a student experiences a sudden and unexpected emergency that interferes with their ability to afford college tuition, they might be eligible to receive emergency aid through funds provided by the Lowery Foundation and the Brazosport College Foundation's President’s Circle of Excellence.
