Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty
Research. Policy. Practice.
The Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty was founded in 2009 by Jeremy Everett, a longtime advocate in the fight against food insecurity. This collaborative participates in ongoing hunger initiative projects. Additionally, it collects and analyses data that helps policy makers and leaders understand barriers that cause food insecurity.
2021 Forum on Global Hunger
In 2021, the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty hosted a Forum on Global Hunger that brought together some of the world's most dedicated leaders who are focused on fighting food insecurity. David Beasley, the Executive Director of the World Food Program, gave a passionate keynote address full of perspective on this issue.
